Vintage Sterling Silver Gravy Boat with Separate Underplate By N.S.Co. Mexico

Beautifully crafted heavy sterling silver gravy boat and underplate in the same classic, unadorned style of Georg Jensen.   This is a vintage, handmade set, and the underside of the tray reveals a hand hammered technique.
The gravy boat measures 7 3/8 long x 3 1/8 wide x 3 3/8 tall, the underplate is 8 3/4 long x 5 1/8 wide.   The weight is 352 grams.
Both pieces are stamped  "N.S.Co. STERLING MEXICO 48 P"
This is a mid-century modern, pre-1960, handcrafted set in excellent condition.  It has surface scratches, as to be expected with this age.  It needs a good polish.
