SET OF SIX Perfect Vintage Pink MacBeth-Evans "FERN BAND" Lunch/Salad Plates!!

Up for sale is a set of six absolutely perfect vintage pink depression glass salad/luncheon plates in the "Leaf Band" pattern by MacBeth-Evans Glass!  MacBeth-Evans had a knack for making incredibly delicate looking glassware, but it's actually tougher than it looks.  They made their Leaf Band pattern in 1930 - it has a band of especially detailed embossed leaves (they look like laurel leaves to me, but I won't swear to it).  It's possible to see leaf veins and serrated edges on each leaf.  The center of the plates are also completely covered with the leaf pattern - they're really eye-catching, and a very versatile size!  They measure 7 3/4 inches in diameter - perfect for lunch items, snacks, salad, dessert items - just about anything.  There are no chips, cracks, bites or other damage of any kind, and the glass is nice and shiny with no stains, unsightly utensil scratches, or other marks.  The pink color is a vibrant rosy shade with no hint of orangey tint, and they're absolutely guaranteed to be vintage - not reproduction or new glass.  A sample photo of the Leaf Band pattern can be seen in Gene Florence's "Glassware Pattern Identification Guide" (Volume 2).  The buyer will pay shipping (and insurance if desired).  Shipping will be combined for the buyer of more than one item whenever practical.  Shipping is normally within 24 hours after receipt of PayPal payment (if other payment options are desired, please don’t hesitate to inquire).
